They were very helpful the employee that helped mejust had shoulder surgery and was moving slow but very polite and helpful. Ichanged the cerpintenee belt inthe parking lot thanks guys. Bathroom was very clean

This place aggravates meto noend every time Igo inthere! 6—7employees and only 2at best helping customers.
Today 12/2/22was nodifferent, waited inline while 4other employees just roamed the store orhid inthe back talking. Had ordered apart that Iwas needing ASAP for acustomer's vehicle and was told that itwould bethere atnoon which true toform itwasn't. Come tofind out the other Oreilly's intown had the part the whole time! They were having itshipped from across town tothe York Ststore. Had they just told methat the other Oreilly's had mypart Iwould have just drove across town and picked itup and could have had mycustomer ontheir way at8am thatday. @$#@%@$!!!!!!!!… – show00
